It is to inform that B.Tech course is for a period of four years divided into eight semesters i.e in each year there are two semesters. Students are required to register themselves based on the eligibility criteria as mentioned below:
Passed diploma examination from an AICTE approved institution, with at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in appropriate branch of engineering/ Technology.
Passed B.Sc. degree from a recognized University as defined by UGC, with at least 45% marks(40% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) and passed XII standard with mathematics as a subject.
Provided further that students, who have passed diploma in Engineering & technology from an AICTE approved institution or BCA. Degree from a recognized University as defined by UGC, shall also be eligible for admission to the first year Engineering Degree courses subject to vacancies in the first year class in case the vacancies for lateral entry are exhausted. However the admission shall be based strictly on the eligibility criteria as mentioned above.
Candidates must have cleared class 10th or SSC examination from a recognized board and acquired at least 35% of marks (33% marks is specified for reserved category candidates).
In case candidates want to get admission through lateral entry scheme, they must have cleared class 12th or its equivalent examination from a recognized board and scored minimum 35% of the total marks.
In case Candidate must have cleared class 12th or its equivalent examination from a recognized board and scored minimum 50% of the total marks.
In case candidates must have cleared class 12th or its equivalent examination from a recognized board and scored minimum 50% of the total marks.
