Training & Placement Cell

We, at the T & P Cell, co-ordinate & facilitate training (summer internships) & campus placement at GRIMT. Our enthusiastic team strives for effectively striping a match between recruiter expectations and student aspirations. The Cell is well-equipped with excellent infrastructure to support every stage of the placement process.

The Team Comprises

Training & Placement Officer.
Faculty Adviser (One from each branch).
Student representatives from each department provided by the cell.
End to end online system for recruiters & students.
Auditorium & hall to conduct the Placements talks.
Infrastructure to support screening tests.

We aim to give our students the finesse that they require not only for their placements but also for their corporate careers. With this good in mind, we carry out several employ-ability skill enhancement activities which include

Communications evaluation sessions.
Resume buildings, group discussion & personal interviews workshops.
Corporate Sector Interaction.
Several other preparatory activities as mock tests, group discussions & Seminars.
Mandatory lectures of PDP in each branch.
Soft-skills Workshops, Technical Workshops, Field Visits and other managerial activities.
